PSG-PW
The PSG-PW enables powder conveying and dosing at 1-4 nozzles. For example, powder can be conveyed directly into the extruder head via a nozzle to coat hoses, etc., internally. Another option is powdering tires of all types (trucks, cars, construction/forestry vehicles, etc.) inside the open tire to coat the inner surfaces. The units are only suitable for conveying, dosing, and spraying. There is no dust extraction or dust-free cycle within the machine.
PSG-B
The PSG-B enables conveying, powder dosing, and dust extraction via two connections. A powder feed hose and a suction hose, each of which can be directly connected to nozzles in the extruder head. A powder feed hose delivers the powder in a metered (infinitely adjustable) quantity to the extruder head. A second hose, for example, extracts excess powder and air pressure from the extruded powder and returns it to the machine body. The powder is then returned to the machine for further use without loss. This model is particularly advantageous when using hoses with large diameters.
