When we talked about a turbulent and eventful 2019 in our Christmas greetings last year, no one could have foreseen how turbulent 2020 would be. The global pandemic presents us all with unprecedented challenges.
Nevertheless, this year we have not got tired to further improve our products, our quality, our service and finally also our prices in order to continue to be a competent, attractive partner for our customers beyond our 60 years of experience and competence.
At this year’s WIRE 2020 we would have liked to present our new machine lines, which expand our program in new applications. Although we held on to the fair until the very end, in the interests of our health, we felt it was absolutely the right decision that the fair was canceled so shortly before Christmas.
Under the umbrella of RS POWDERTECH, we expanded our product range in spring 2020 with the new models TLKTR NG SPC (powder coating for strands, profiles, cables) and the TLKTR NG DR (powder coating for molded rubber parts, granulates), after we launched our new powder coating machine model RSC-NG (Next Generation) in 2019 successfully on the market.
The essential components of all of our machines (e. g. E-statics, HMI controls) are new developments and in some cases unprecedented world novelties, such as our new AST coating technology in the TLKTR NG SPC.
In addition, we have also fundamentally revised our “high speed” powder coating machine, which has been successful for 10 years, and are now presenting the RSC NG high speed with a completely newly developed E-static and filter system.
A lot has also happened in the field of RS MULTICUT (cutting machines, winders, ejection systems, etc.).
We introduced the new OC-30 NG in 2019 and the new OC-70 NG in 2020, completely new designs compared to our old OC models, which made it possible to significantly reduce the price with the same quality and precision.
Rotary cutter MC-NG, combination cutting machine CC-NG, caterpillar haul-off RB-NG have been completely redesigned in essential components and are therefore now even faster, more precise and low-maintenance.
We are sure that we will be able to meet your requirements for modern and high-quality production as a competent and reliable partner for the rubber, plastic and cable industry in the coming decade.
